- Fresh Lake Fish: Every day, we bring to your table the famous local carp (grivadi—grilled or baked plaki style), delicious trout, and the lake’s signature delicacy, traditional tsironia (small sun-dried fish), all caught by our own fishermen.
- Family Meats & Local Harvests: Our dishes feature premium quality meats from our own free-range animals. We perfectly pair them with Prespa’s famous PDO giant beans, along with fresh vegetables straight from our gardens.
- Handmade Desserts: The tradition continues with our sweets. We share traditional spoon sweets (such as the local green walnut) and homemade liqueurs, crafted for years using authentic, decades-old recipes.
